About the coach
From the pitch to the sideline
Coach Abbas — full name Ouro Nimini — spent his playing career as a forward and attacking midfielder across Thailand’s regional leagues, finishing as top scorer for Mukdahan in the Northeast Zone of Thai League 3.
Today he’s an FA Thailand ‘G’ Diploma coach and the founder of APJT Academy, developing young players to international standards. He cares as much about discipline, confidence and life off the pitch as he does about first touch and finishing.
He coaches youth pathways, trains players for local academies, and runs a free programme for children with special needs. The thread through all of it is simple: meet every player where they are, and bring out the best in them.
